The relocation and reinvention of the famous YOY Ukrainian fire cooking restaurant  into a Michelin-star pursuit fine dining destination. Crystal fit Contracting managed to:

• Retained the full kitchen to avoid major government reinspection & approvals

• Preserved FLS & electrical systems with only minor adjustments

• Focused transformation through aesthetic upgrades in materials, colors, and lighting

• Integrated signature YOY elements to keep the brand’s identity while applying value engineering

A highlight of the project was the contribution of world-renowned Ukrainian lighting designer Mykola Kabluka, whose vision shaped the bespoke ceiling décor and lighting design, giving the venue its unique high-end twist.

Key challenges: delivering under short deadlines while revitalizing an existing space into something extraordinary.
