Roasters Specialty Coffee Kiosk

A complete design & build F&B fit-out delivered by Crystal Fit Contracting, transforming the space from shell & core into a fully operational café under Emaar.

The project combines a soft, Asian-inspired interior with warm natural tones, terrazzo finishes, sculptural lighting and custom furniture. Behind the calm interior sits a technically demanding F&B operation, including a full commercial kitchen, bakery, coffee bar and complete MEP infrastructure.

Crystal Fit managed the project end-to-end, including design and technical drawings, shell & core works, full fit-out and MEP execution, LPG systems, authority submissions, DEWA, DDA and Emaar approvals, inspections, testing and final handover.

Despite the extensive approval and inspection requirements, the entire project was successfully completed and handed over within four months.
