We’re proud to have completed Roasters Specialty Coffee at Nad Al Sheba Mall, a destination café developed under Dubai Holding. The project was delivered as a fully integrated turnkey fit-out, guided from concept to opening by a single, dedicated team.

Project Highlights

• End-to-End Turnkey Delivery: Design development, technical drawings, authority approvals, procurement, construction, and opening support all managed in-house
• Material & Palette: A cozy yet bold interior language combining warm wood flooring with natural slate stone bar cladding and bespoke decorative wall panels, creating depth, texture, and a strong sense of place
• Design & Execution: Seamlessly coordinated to balance visual impact with operational efficiency in a high-traffic mall environment
• Challenges & Solutions: The project navigated an extensive approval process and rigorous landlord inspections. Through careful coordination and detailed compliance management, all requirements were met without compromising the design intent

Despite the complexities associated with mall regulations and stakeholder reviews, the café was delivered to the highest standards of quality and finish.
