Complete luxury residential fit-out and renovation of a 4-bedroom apartment at Bluewaters, Dubai. The scope covered the entire project lifecycle, from authority and building management approvals through full demolition, shell-and-core preparation, MEP modifications, and complete interior fit-out to final handover.

The apartment was transformed using high-end bespoke joinery, premium natural stone, custom architectural details, decorative finishes and carefully coordinated lighting. Particular attention was given to material junctions, detailing and workmanship to achieve a refined, seamless finish throughout the residence.
