• Front of house: reception, merchandise display, healthy café, and full kitchen
• Flexible design to host sports, activities, seminars & events
Challenges & Solutions
• Strict EMAAR construction standards – over 50 inspections completed before NOC & handover
• Installation of a Fresh Air Handling Unit for optimal air circulation
• Entire venue finished with hand-applied microcement and custom joinery for a luxurious yet functional atmosphere
Through strong project administration, we successfully avoided late-opening penalties, demonstrating that the minor delay was beyond Client & Contractor responsibilities.
