Anantara Penthouse

Completed a full-scope luxury penthouse fit-out at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, spanning over 700 sqm from shell-and-core to turnkey handover. The project included in-house design and execution, covering blockwork, insulation, MEP, sanitary installations, and premium large-format tiling.

The penthouse features 4 bedrooms, a maid’s room, gym, and office, highlighted by a bespoke backlit onyx feature wall and a hand-painted spiral staircase. Structural modifications included converting a sloped roof into a panoramic balcony with full approvals. The swimming pool was fully refurbished, rewaterproofed, and retiled with Bali stone for an elevated luxury finish
