The project was executed under the requirements of Dubai Holding, involving extensive landlord reviews, multiple inspections, and strict compliance throughout the fit-out process. Our team also managed the complete Dubai Health Authority (DHA) approval and coordination process, ensuring the clinic met all healthcare regulations and operational standards.

The interior combines elegant contemporary finishes with a functional clinical layout, featuring custom joinery, premium marble-look porcelain, decorative wall mouldings, bespoke reception, treatment rooms, luxury washrooms, integrated lighting, and high-quality MEP installations.
