We’re proud to have delivered Roasters Specialty Coffee, a refined café destination located in Dubai Hills, within the Emaar Community. The 360 sqm space was brought to life as a complete turnkey project, from first sketch to opening day.

Project Highlights

• Full Turnkey Delivery: Design, drawings, authority approvals, procurement, construction, and operational support all handled by one dedicated team
• Design & Implementation: Executed by Crystal Fit Contracting, ensuring continuity, precision, and accountability throughout the process
• Material Palette: Premium finishes define the space, including terrazzo flooring, frameless doors, high-gloss veneer wood panels, and high-grade stainless steel for a crisp, contemporary aesthetic
• Efficient Execution: All works were successfully completed within a four-month lease-free period, allowing the client to open on schedule without compromise
