Transformation of a 180 sqm retail shell & core unit into a fully operational F&B facility, complete with an in-house kitchen, bar, and seating area. 

Crystal fit Contracting managed to deal with:

• Technical & Approval Complexity converting retail into F&B required extensive administrative work, provision of fresh air & make-up air, and customized MEP solutions.

• Power Limitations – with only 34kW available and no additional load possible, we carefully handpicked and engineered the equipment setup for maximum efficiency.

• Structural Works – the existing fragile staircase was replaced with a new granite-finished metal structure, ensuring both safety and aesthetics

•  Bespoke stainless-steel bar and metal-finish joinery panels, combining durability with a bold aesthetic statement.
